Sick Child Policy
To protect the health of all children and staff, we ask families to keep sick children home and follow these guidelines for illness and return.
When to Keep Your Child Home
Children should stay home with a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or a contagious illness.
A child must be free of fever and symptoms for 24 hours (without medication) before returning.
If a Child Becomes Ill at Care
We will contact you promptly and ask that your child be picked up as soon as possible.
The child will rest comfortably and away from others until pick up to limit any spread.
Medication
Medication is only administered with written parental authorization and clear dosage instructions.
All medication is stored securely and out of reach of children.
