Child Protection Policy

We are committed to providing a safe, secure, and nurturing environment in which every child is protected from abuse, neglect, and harm.

All staff share responsibility for safeguarding children and are trained to recognize, respond to, and report any concern promptly.

Every staff member and volunteer undergoes background checks, reference verification, and clearance before working with children.

Ongoing training in child protection, mandated reporting, and safe practices is required for all team members.

Children are supervised at all times by qualified staff who maintain low caregiver to child ratios appropriate to each age group.

Sign in and sign out procedures ensure only authorized adults may collect a child.

Any suspicion of abuse or neglect is reported immediately in accordance with state mandated reporter laws.

Parents and staff may raise concerns confidentially with the Center Director at any time.
