Health & Safety Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

This policy describes the practices we follow to keep our facility clean, healthy, and safe for children, families, and staff.

Hygiene & Cleaning

Toys, surfaces, and high touch areas are sanitized throughout the day following established cleaning schedules.

Staff and children follow regular handwashing routines, especially before meals and after outdoor play.

Facility Safety

Our spaces are childproofed, with secured furniture, covered outlets, and soft surfacing in play areas.

Fire, weather, and emergency drills are conducted regularly, and exits are clearly marked and accessible.

Nutrition & Allergies

Meals and snacks are prepared with nutrition and food safety in mind, and menus are shared with families.

Allergy information is documented and clearly communicated to all caregivers to prevent exposure.

Emergency Procedures

Trained staff are certified in pediatric first aid and CPR, and a first aid kit is maintained on site.

In an emergency, families are notified promptly and clear procedures guide every response.
